Foundation 12 is a group that focus on SCP related cosplays. This group was founded by Council members Nixon & Head. They brought this group to life so people could have a space to go to cosplay as SCP and bring to life something that isn't talked about often. The group is free to join and has many different department ideas that you can both create things in and cosplay as.
